Duties Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and light food items with attention to quality and sanitation standards Operate POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Drive the beverage cart around the venue, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and snacks to guests in designated areas Upsell additional items by recommending popular or new products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the snack shop area, food handling stations, and beverage cart according to food safety regulations Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, change distribution, and balancing registers at shift end Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems highly desirable Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, upselling, and customer service are essential Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for beverage cart driving responsibilities This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced setting.
