The Role:

Start your journey in our Traffic Management team, developing practical skills and industry experience from day one. While your initial focus will be Traffic Management, we'll look for opportunities to provide wider exposure across the business where suitable opportunities exist, building your foundations for a career at EA Networks. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills and being part of a team, this could be the role for you! While working alongside the Traffic Services team, you'll be involved in a varied mix of practical, technical, and administrative tasks. No two days will be the same, with opportunities to get out on site, work with equipment, and build your skills across a broad range of activities and we will support you to gain your traffic management qualifications. We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable, safety-focused and keen to learn. You'll be supported by an experienced team while gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing skills that make a real difference to the services our community relies on. Got what it takes?

• NCEA Level 2 (ideally NCEA Level 3) or equivalent.
• Physical fitness and agility
• Attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Full New Zealand Class 1 Drivers Licence (Ability to obtain Class 2 Drivers Licence essential).
• Commitment to obtaining relevant traffic management qualifications
