The Assistant Tractor Driver Manager is responsible for seasonal support to the Tractor Driver Manager in tractor operations. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of coordinating tractor drivers and the wagon ride operations. This position must have a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends, to accommodate the unique demands of our event-driven environment. Duties and Responsibilities include , but are not limited to the following: Assist with interviewing and training tractor drivers.

Cover for staff during breaks to ensure continuous operations.

Fuel the barrel train, light towers and tractors as needed each morning. Manage daily Tractor Driver schedule, including meal periods and breaks.

Determine routes daily for tractor drivers.

Assist Maintenance and Mechanical Coordinator with tractor breakdowns as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Drivers License Required Basic proficiency in operating tractors and other farm equipment. Additional certifications or training in tractor operation preferred. Experience in supporting teams, especially in agricultural or event settings. Capability to assist with maintenance tasks and manage minor repairs. Project support skills with the ability to assist in managing multiple tasks. Reliable decision-making skills in the absence of senior management. Availability to work evenings and weekends during peak seasonal operations. Ability to climb on and off of a tractor repeatedly. Ability to work alone and in large crowd settings. Flexibility to work non-standard hours to meet the needs of the seasonal attraction. Abillity to work in a variety of weather conditions.
