$19.50/hour Description We are seeking a Trike Operator to join our bike operations team. As a Trike Operator, you will be responsible for field-based tasks that ensure the system health of the bike operation. The majority of shifts will involve riding a tricycle with pedal assist in high-impact areas. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract; your season will end 6 months after your hire date. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: Safely operate a motorized trike in high-traffic areas, such as the Chicago Lakefront and River Walk. Replenish system health by swapping batteries on ebikes. Use provided tooling to create effective and efficient routes. The ability to ride a trike with pedal assist, carrying a load of batteries, for 6+ hours. The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods. Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.
