Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Tank Wagon Train Delivery Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering diesel fuel to customers at multiple designated local trackside locations & train yards. Other cross trained duties included unmanned cardlock checkup rounds, general maintenance duties, general warehouse duties (loading/unloading trucks & repackaging product). Responsibilities On call response within 1 hour to any train fueling calls during your on-call time block. Maintain truck in compliance with state and federal regulations; conduct required pre-and post-trip inspections. Report all unsafe conditions to driver management and employ industry standard HAZMAT procedures. Accurately reporting customer and delivery information. Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Class A CDL w/ Tanker, HAZMAT, Manual, & Air Brake endorsements Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles used for deliveries. Previous warehouse experience involving manual handling, load & unload operations, and safe lifting practices. Familiarity with route driving, moving heavy loads safely, and operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to driving hours, vehicle maintenance, weight limits, and safety protocols. Delivery driver experience with a focus on customer service and professionalism on the road. Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards during manual handling activities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
