Job Description

Position Summary Join our Grooming Team and help create the perfect mountain experience! Groomers transform piles of snow into smooth, corduroy trails that our guests rave about and return for season after season. As a vital part of mountain operations, you'll work overnight (3rd shift) with opportunities for both seasonal full-time and part-time roles. Responsibilities & Duties Safely and professionally operate grooming machines to maintain high-quality ski and snowboard surfaces. Spread snow, fill thin areas, and ensure trails are consistently groomed for the best possible conditions. Coordinate with Ski Patrol and management on trail plans, ensuring trails are ready by opening time. Complete accurate operating logs at the end of each shift. Qualifications Prior experience with heavy equipment is helpful but not required—we provide training. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to remain focused and comfortable while operating grooming equipment for extended periods.
