Duties Assist with the setup and operation of anodizing equipment under supervision, following safety protocols and standard procedures Monitor the anodizing process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications Conduct routine inspections of parts during and after processing to identify defects or irregularities Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including equipment and storage spaces Follow detailed instructions for chemical handling, mixing, and disposal to ensure safety and compliance Document process parameters, batch information, and quality checks accurately in logs Support team members with additional tasks as needed to meet production goals Skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions precisely Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely Basic understanding of safety procedures related to chemical handling and machinery operation Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to develop technical expertise This position offers an excellent pathway into the manufacturing industry with full training provided.
