- Seasonal Sandia Peak Ski Area | Sandia Park, New Mexico Full-Time & Part-Time Seasonal Positions Available Join the Sandia Peak Ski Area Team!
Sandia Peak Ski Area is looking for dependable, hardworking Lift Operators to join our mountain operations team for the upcoming ski season. As a Lift Operator, you'll help safely operate our ski lifts, assist guests with loading and unloading, monitor lift operations, and provide friendly customer service while working in a beautiful mountain environment. What You'll Do
- Safely operate and monitor assigned ski lifts.
- Assist guests with safe loading and unloading.
- Monitor lift areas and communicate with supervisors and other lift operators.
- Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines.
- Report equipment issues, hazards, or guest concerns.
- Keep lift areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with other mountain operations duties as needed. What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation to and from Sandia Peak Ski Area is required.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snow, wind, and other inclement weather.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with guests and a team. Previous lift operations or ski-area experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Schedule Full-time and part-time seasonal positions available. Schedules may vary based on weather, mountain operations, and guest visitation. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
