Key Responsibilities Perform basic mechanical and electronic assembly following established procedures Operate production equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments Work with both automated and manual assembly systems Complete required documentation accurately Follow all safety, quality, and training guidelines Communicate effectively with team leads, engineers, and management Work Environment Clean, air-conditioned production or clean-room setting May require gowning attire to maintain a particle-free environment Low to moderate noise levels Minimal exposure to chemicals Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Manual dexterity (grasping, holding, reaching, and handling small parts) Ability to stoop and perform repetitive tasks Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Basic English communication skills Ability to distinguish colors (required for certain tasks) Why Join Us?
