Key Responsibilities • Assist in operating vehicles equipped with FSD (Supervised) during 6-8 hour shifts Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including greetings, route adjustments, and addressing concerns Navigate complex environments such as construction areas, pedestrian zones, and traffic congestion Monitor FSD (Supervised) performance and take control when necessary to ensure safety Conduct pre-shift vehicle safety checks (sensor calibration, software status, cleanliness) Start/stop recording devices and perform basic software/equipment debugging Review and analyze data quality collected throughout each shift Provide feedback to improve data collection processes and overall operations Requirements Valid driver's license Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and observation skills Tech-savvy with advanced PC abilities (Microsoft Office Suite, data tools, basic troubleshooting) Familiarity with ADAS & Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) preferred Flexibility to night shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime Ability to travel as needed (domestic or international) Safety-sensitive position; drug testing required per policy
