Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and client-focused Motor Coach Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of passengers while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to ensuring every rider has a positive travel experience. Duties Safely operate motor coaches, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, answering questions, and addressing any concerns during the journey. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle environment for passengers. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, routes, and any issues that may arise during transit. Document any incidents or mechanical issues that occur during trips and report them as necessary. Assist with loading and unloading luggage or equipment as needed. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger and air brake endorsements for operating motor coaches. Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle checks A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring passenger safety at all times.
