Ride Operator

• Ensure riders meet height, weight, and age requirements
• Explain safety procedures to riders
• Ensure passengers are secured safely
• Enforce all safety regulations and stay current with safety rules and procedures
• Placing sleds on the track/storing them properly inside the barn
• Unloading customers from the ride safely and performing customer service
• Working in watchtowers on the mountain, ensuring riders don't stop.
• Cleaning the property (i.e., bathrooms, parking lot, mountain, etc.
• Assist in other positions, including maintenance when required As a Ride Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at the Wisconsin Dells Mountain Coaster.
