Job Description We are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.
What You'll Do:
As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Travel between properties within your assigned territory Inspecting properties for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and overall readiness. Performing minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and troubleshooting small maintenance issues. Reporting major maintenance concerns and coordinating with the appropriate teams for prompt resolution. Ensuring inventory is stocked and all appliances are in working order before guest arrivals. Occasionally, assist with the preparation of amenity bags and linen bags for the weekly cleaning services. Managing property staging to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment. Delivering requested items to guests to enhance their stay and provide exceptional service. Maintaining accurate records of inspection findings, maintenance requests, and inventory levels. Working closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth property turnover.

The ideal candidate has:
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Basic maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform small repairs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Employee must have a Mobile device with data plan that allows them to be access the internet during inspections. Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and carry The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
