- Key Responsibilities Rebuild and repair driveline and auxiliary components Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems Diagnose issues and implement reliable solutions Perform welding and fabrication as needed Work both independently and as part of a team Manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks effectively Qualifications & Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Experience with welding and fabrication Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced shop environment Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable Ability to read and write in English Must have a full set of tools required to perform job duties Preferred Experience Experience working with driveline, powertrain, or hydraulic components Background in diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial repair environments Exposure to components such as PTOs, pumps, or winches A bit about us:•A well-established industrial repair organization is seeking a skilled and dependable Driveline Technician to join its Orlando team.
