We have an immediate career opening for a Hydraulic/Fluid Power Engineer Come join a winning team in Tampa! We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic/Fluid Power Engineer. We are a Full service Hydraulic and Mechanical Repair company. We specialize in Hydraulic repair and manufacturing. The perfect candidate must be highly experienced with All aspects of Hydraulic Repair, Troubleshooting, Installation, Preventative Maintenance and Field Service. We service some of the largest Ships, Amusement Parks, Mining operations and manufacturing companies in the world.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Fluid Power Specialist Certification. Design and Specify Hydraulic Systems, Components, Cylinders, Manifolds, valves, Pumps and Motors Previous supervisory/management experience Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor and inspire staff Must be a proactive, hands-on leader with a proven strategic vision who will drive operational performance with a high degree of accountability and integrity Solid understanding of Fluid Power Industry, Industrial Maintenance, Marine Maintenance, terminology and environment Ability to interface with senior level executives during client meetings/presentations Operate independently in managing complex situations and/or projects Anticipate risk and develop plan to mitigate the risk Ability to think out of the box and manage towards established goals Unquestionable integrity and reputation, proven in delivering results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism Successful employee retention and new employee acquisition Excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills Job Description Specify Components and Systems Educate customers on upgrades and maintenance performance improvements Lead training for Technicians who travel to customers sites Oversee development of Fluid Power certifications for employees Respond to customers needs as required Facilitate and expedite Field Service Techs as they troubleshoot and maintain Fluid Power Systems.
