Job Description

Grace Performance is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Powersports Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the powersports industry. You will perform basic maintenance, assist with pick-ups and deliveries, and complete fundamental mechanical repairs while receiving hands-on training and support. Key Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance services (oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire service, lubrication, etc.) Complete basic mechanical repairs under supervision Assist with customer vehicle pick-ups and deliveries Follow service procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and uphold safety standards Participate in ongoing training (including off-site manufacturer training) and continuously develop technical skills Support the service team as needed, including potential off-site work and after-hours tasks Schedule Full-time, based on a 40-hour work week Alternating Saturdays required Overtime available and expected during peak seasons Must be willing to work Saturdays, occasional after-hours, and off-site as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement a plus) Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to personal and professional growth Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic No prior powersports experience required — we will train the right candidate About Grace Performance Located at 2203 Wadhams Road in Kimball, MI, Grace Performance is a full-line powersports dealership serving the St. Clair County area. We specialize in sales, service, and parts for leading brands including Honda, Kawasaki, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Arctic Cat, KTM, and more.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
