Today Job Description West Point Auto and Truck Center is looking to hire a Service/AG Technician.
Job Summary:
We're growing and looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Install and assemble new feed boxes and related equipment Mount feed boxes and bodies onto truck chassis Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems Install, troubleshoot, and repair PTO (Power Take-Off) systems Perform mechanical, electrical, and fabrication work as needed Conduct inspections and ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components Experience with PTO installation and troubleshooting Experience assembling and mounting feed boxes, truck bodies, or similar equipment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
