Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Hand to join our dynamic team! In this hands-on role, you will assist with a variety of shop organization and small engine repair tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach will help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while running supplies to our repair technicians in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities perform small engine maintenance and minor repair. Support the team with general shop maintenance, including janitorial and custodial duties to keep the workspace tidy and safe. Using a company truck you will be tasked with running parts to our field mechanics. Drive vehicles and equeipment for various tasks, ensuring safe handling at all times. Maintain organized tools, supplies, and work areas to promote safety and productivity. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all team members. Qualifications Basic knowledge of small engine repair. Knowledge of diesel truck maintenance is a big plus but not required Ability to operate driving equipment safely. Experience with vehicle maintenance. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
