Job Description

As an Automotive Lab Aide, you'll work alongside Automotive faculty to prepare lab projects, assist first-year students during hands-on activities, and help keep the lab organized and running smoothly. This position is a great opportunity to strengthen your technical skills while gaining experience in teamwork, leadership, and professional shop practices. Help first year automotive students in the automotive lab from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Mondays - Thursday. Assist with setting up automotive lab projects. Move vehicles as directed by the instructor. Assist first-year students with lab projects and assessments. Maintain a clean and organized lab. Perform other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to follow instructions. Basic automotive knowledge. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work safely in a shop environment.
