Apply Now Job Description The Rail Car Loader is responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading rail cars with petroleum products or other materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. This role ensures product integrity, environmental compliance, and operational excellence at MPLX facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate loading and unloading equipment including pumps, valves, and meters. Inspect rail cars before and after loading to ensure safety and compliance. Monitor product levels and flow rates during loading operations. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of loading equipment and work areas. Complete required documentation such as loading logs, inspection reports, and safety checklists. Communicate with logistics and operations teams to coordinate rail movements. Follow all safety protocols including PPE usage, spill response, and hazard communication. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in industrial or terminal operations preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand tools. Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Climb ladders and stairs, and work at heights. Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.BR:
