We're looking for a Railcar Inspector who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work major rail and transit programs. You'll be accountable for specifying the quality requirements during tendering phase and developing and implementing an effective quality assurance plan during implementation phase identifying KPIs, processes, procedures, audit programs and other control measures, through which monitor quality performance of all parties and make them accountable to their contractual obligations with regards to quality. You'll also develop a Quality Assurance and Monitoring Plan for the project in alignment with the processes and procedures needed to monitor the quality compliance of the contractor and other stakeholders to their contractual requirements, as well as train and induct the Project Delivery team on the Project Quality Assurance Plan. We will ask you to develop a collaborative approach across all teams to encourage improvements in quality performance and Validate/issue all the project Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) that are identified by the contractor, the Filed QA Services Consultant, or by the Quality team. Working together, we'll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local. Here's what you'll need Extensive knowledge of
ISO 9001
requirements and project delivery processes in Design Bid Build Good understanding of contracts; • Comprehensive understanding of QMS based on
ISO 9001
; Hands-on experience with quality assurance (QA) and quality control processes; Auditor experience and
ISO 19011
skills; ASQ certification is preferred, but not required; Previous experience leading QA/QC team Ideally, you'll also have:

experience Minimum 10 years' experience in quality, inspection or industrial projects At least 5 years experience in similar roles. Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements limited to 20 lbs. in the form of supplies, drawings, etc. Longest distance carried of 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation, Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same. No foot controls necessary. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be occasional travel, will work near constructions job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas, or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights. This position needs to travel to China regularly for work.

The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 to $163,650.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
