We're looking for dependable, safety‑focused individuals to join our Rail Operations team as Rail Load Processors. This is essential work that keeps our logistics network running smoothly — and you'll be right at the center of it. What You'll Do In this role, you'll help prepare, load, and secure vehicles for rail transport.

Your day will include:

Staging vehicles in the rail yard Opening and closing railcar doors Placing and removing bridge plates Driving vehicles onto and off railcars Chocking vehicles to prevent movement Transporting employees using shuttle vans Communicating clearly with team members to ensure safe, efficient operations Supporting other departments as needed Performing additional rail maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and securing railcars before shipment What We're Looking For A valid driver's license Ability to work safely in tight spaces inside railcars Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. at shoulder level and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, twisting, climbing ladders, and working overhead Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work outdoors year‑round Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures Why You'll Love Working With Us A fast‑paced, active role — no sitting behind a desk A supportive team environment where communication and safety come first Opportunities to learn multiple areas of rail operations A company that values reliability, teamwork, and growth Schedule/Pay 7AM - @5:30PM, $20/hr If you're ready to take on a role that keeps you moving and makes a real impact in daily operations, apply today. Pay:
