Job Description

Description Operation of mechanical sandblast equipment to remove ceramic, sand, scale, etc., from castings to obtain the desired finish. Position castings on table in proper position for such cleaning. Operate the sandblast nozzle to complete the specified cleaning operation. Reposition castings, change nozzle and/or hose, fill hopper with proper materials, and adjust air and abrasive mixture as required. Requirements Prior experience removing excess materials with sandblaster, but wiling to train. Strong prioritizing and planning skills and ability to work with little supervision.
