Job Description

Manpower is looking for a Skilled Mechanic in the Charleston, WV area.

Location:

Charleston, WV Compensation:

Up to $15hr or $600 weekly with bonuses

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM

5:00 PM What You'll Be Doing As a Mechanic , you'll receive hands-on training to: Disassemble, inspect, and repair industrial pumps Fabricate custom components like baseplates and protective guards Learn and perform stick welding (prior experience is a plus!

) Occasionally travel for trade shows and manufacturer training (2-3 days, twice a year) Work in the field with a team to troubleshoot, install, or repair equipment Contribute to daily shop operations—everyone pitches in!

Work Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (we dismiss at 4:45 to beat traffic!)

Location:

Charleston, WV What You Bring High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using power tools and driving a standard pickup truck Willingness to learn welding and fabrication Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$16/hr

Profit-sharing after 1 year + 401(k) match (up to 4%) after 6 months
