Our comprehensive compensation package includes a base 40-hour exempt salary plus straight-time pay for additional billable field hours, a 401(k) company match up to 4%, a minimum of two weeks paid time off (PTO), and seven paid holidays. Responsibilities:
Perform structural inspections of bridges serving as the team leader. Prepare bridge inspection reports documenting findings from the field Coordinate with bridge owners and other agencies on inspection schedules, traffic control, railroad access, navigational channels, etc. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets. Manage internal project schedules and timely completion of deliverables by client deadlines. Direct and supervise the work of entry-level assistant inspectors.
Requirements:
Successful completion of the
NHI/FHWA
Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges course (NHI 130055). Have five+ years of inspection experience (bridges, waterfront facilities and ancillary structures specifically) Ability and experience to perform routine bridge inspections independently and lead assistant inspectors in accordance with NBIS and local guidelines. Possess knowledge of bridge inspection methods and procedures as well as being able to adapt to specific client requirements. Experience with bridge inspection reporting, specifically FDOT BrM/BMS. Experience with Microsoft Office and PDF software. Ability to communicate clearly, work with others, manage work schedules and be a team player. ADCI Diver, SPRAT, NHI 130078, 130087, and 130091 certifications, preferred.
