Plays a key role in day-to-day dispatch and operational support. Key Responsibilities Provide daily dispatch support and coordinate flight operations. Communicate effectively with pilots via radio and other communication channels. Maintain flight following for helicopters, drones, and fleet vehicles. Monitor aircraft and fleet movements, ensuring accurate operational tracking. Perform general administrative duties, including: Answering phone calls Monitoring and responding to shared email inboxes Maintaining operational records and documentation Support maintenance operations and coordinate aircraft availability and scheduling. Monitor operational factors such as weather, wildfire activity, and public safety events that may impact flight operations. Ensure dispatch activities are organized, accurate, and compliant with operational procedures. Required Qualifications FAA Certified Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate or Commercial Pilot Certificate (one of these certifications is required). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal communication skills, including confidence communicating over aviation radio systems. Aviation operations knowledge and situational awareness. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
