This opportunity (±$25/hr.) has an option to work 32 hours per week to 40 hours per week. The candidate is willing to work any combination of three shifts per week (
Mornings:
6AM to14
PM, Afternoons:
14PM to 22
PM or Graveyards:

Customer Service :
Represent LAX6 Consortium & AvAirPros Services with any interactions with Airlines, Vendors, LAWA and any stake holders of the LAX Airport 2.
Daily Gate Management:
Prepare Gate Plans from "Night of" airline information. Adjust daily Gate Plans on AODB according to any revisions made by member carriers. Notify all concerned of any changes or issues with gate assignments, i.e. late arrivals, delayed departures, tail swaps etc.… Prepare and advise airlines of pending issues and of any and all options available in an effort to insure the convenience of passengers and the timely expedition of flights. 3.
General Help Desk:
Respond to all calls and requests, log requests and incidents, create a work order (W.O.) if necessary, transmit the W.O. to the appropriate organization and monitor the W.O. from inception to completion. 4.
Information Dispatch:
Report to LAX6 Management, Airlines, Contractors and
LAWA ARCC
( Airport Response Coordination Center) any major maintenance operations and system outages according to standard escalation procedures 5.
Incident Management and Logging:
Maintain a log on all calls, incidents and requests made to the TOC received via Terminal, Vendor or Airline personnel. Logs in the database will include such information as time report was received, problem experienced, duration of problem and contact names. o IT Calls response and restore times logging. o 3 pictures jams over 2 minutes & USRs' uploading in Data Base. o Respond to PBB and BHS calls. o GSE & Contractors vehicle/equipment move and monitoring. o Tracking LAWA incident numbers o Ramp Trash coordination. o Monitoring and timeline documentation of power surges, code red, code 6-7… o Monitoring & follow ups on BHS/PBB Google sheet. o Coordination of gate closures for PBB PMs'/repairs and LAWA restriping/repairs. o Updating FIDs and GIDS o USRs monitoring and coordination. o ETC… 6.
Data Collection and Reporting:
Maintain multiple logs for the purpose of collecting data and maintaining Key Performance Indicators for Terminal Systems and Vendors. Data will be used for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports produced by TOC personnel. 7.
BHS Monitoring:
Monitor BHS System Monitors to identify and prioritize any irregularities (Jams, Faults, Power outages, etc…) and dispatch them to the Contractor. Maintain a Photo Jam log and related reports. 8.
General:
Maintain all the Terminal Operation Center office equipment in good working order, conducting periodic checks. Manage Supplies and Parts Inventory. Perform office tasks as directed by the LAX6 staff. 9.
Phone Etiquette:
Answer all calls in a respectful manner while using proper phone etiquette by greeting the caller, stating your name, and gathering all information necessary to dispatch the proper service provider.
Requirement:
1. To be customer oriented. 2. To be driven to be a team player. 3. Having at least 6 months of Airline/Airport experience 4. To think resourcefully under pressure. 5. To draft reports concisely in proper English. 6. To quickly learn the use of new software. 7. A minimum of High School diploma of its equivalent. Additional education is a plus. 8.
