Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee Aircraft Wash and Corrosion Control Services at our Dover, DE location. In this vital role, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of aircraft cleanliness and corrosion prevention, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your leadership will drive operational excellence while fostering a safe and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage specialized cleaning and maintenance services within the aviation industry, supporting our commitment to aircraft integrity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise aircraft wash & corrosion control operations Manage teams supporting 24/7 flightline operations Ensure compliance with USAF Technical Orders, safety (AFOSH), and contract requirements Serve as primary liaison with the
USAF COR
Oversee training, scheduling, quality control, and reporting Coordinate vendors, equipment, and mission-critical resources Required Qualifications 10+ years aircraft maintenance experience
FAA A&P OR
equivalent military experience (preferred) Experience with heavy aircraft (C‑5, C‑17, or similar) Background in supervising maintenance or service teams Knowledge of corrosion control & aircraft servicing Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Basic Requirements U.S. Citizen (Required) Ability to obtain security clearance / background check Valid driver's license (clean record required) Ability to work flexible schedule & on-call as needed Physical Requirements Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold) Work safely around large aircraft and ground equipment Compensation Contract (1099) or C2C Competitive pay based on experience Expected range: $40-$45+/hour Why Join Moon Tune Aircraft Detailing?
