Responsible to the Director of Quality for ensuring satisfactory inspection criteria is met in accordance with established business objectives and department goals. Performs maintenance release inspections in accordance with OEM, and/or customer technical data and FAA approved data. Witness test of warranty components and acts as liason with the appropriate customer contacts (i.e.: Engineering) on related warranty matters. Perform analysis and write quality reports to customers for components with chronic failures. Perform quality verification inspections (process audits) of key components. Perform internal audits (regulatory compliance, special processes, and quality processes) per company audit schedule. Provides support and update substantiation files on current capability items. Support the shops in all quality related matters. Perform any other duties or task assigned by quality management. Ensures inspections are properly performed in accordance with OEM technical data, customer and

FAA/EASA

regulatory requirements. Determines that ne defective, unserviceable or non-airworthy conditions exist prior to release to service. Verifies accomplishment & recording of all incoming, preliminary, hidden & in-process inspections, as well as to perform Final inspections on units released. Performs other duties or tasks assigned by Quality management.
