Description Noblis is seeking an Oceanic Air Traffic Controllers / ATC Specialists to support the Federal Aviation Administration ( FAA ) Air Traffic Systems and Surveillance Services directorates within the Program Management Organization ( PMO ). Employees will provide senior level air traffic control system expertise to assist the FAA in coordinating activities with air traffic requirements and operations personnel. This particular role is focused on Oceanic advisory services, and therefore requires operational experience with at least one en route facility with oceanic operations such as Oakland ARTCC , New York ARTCC , and Anchorage ARTCC . Responsibilities
+ Provide expert analysis to the FAA to support the development of site implementation and transition planning for National and Regional, Facilities and Equipment, and Capital Investment Plan projects.
+ Provide expert analysis to the FAA to help identify, analyze, coordinate, resolve, and report the resolution of implementation issues generated by Capital Investment Plan projects.
