The RoleComputer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment. As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline - performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Experience with AutoSys as distributed systems (abended jobs, check dependencies, calendars, alarms OR with Jobtrac as mainframe systems (job flows, abended jobs, reruns, restarts, scheduling rules)Execute UNIX/Linux command-line operations (e.g., ls, grep, ps, chmod, vi)Understand Windows batch job execution (Task Scheduler, basic scripting)Mainframe operational expertise in z/OS, JCL, SDSF, and batch monitoringFamiliarity with ITIL-aligned processes for Incident and Change ManagementAdvanced English (verbal and written), required for frequent interaction with US-based clientsExcellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearlyAvailability to work shift 3 (12:30 AM to 8:30 AM)Being YouThe \
