Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for day to day scheduling and dispatching CONUS and OCONUS flights.
Responsible for exercising operational flight oversight IAW FAR Part 91 requirements and company guidelines.
Secures landing and over-flight clearances for all domestic and international flight operations.
Responsible for arranging aircraft ground support, fuel, and passenger services at departure, en-route, and recovery locations.
Coordinates customs and immigration at en-route destinations.
Files required flight plans and General Declaration paperwork.
Reviews NOTAMs, weather, and airfield restrictions and operating procedures for all flights under the dispatcher's control.
Requirements
High School Diploma
- Required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Aircraft Dispatcher License - Desired
Experience in aircraft operations ie. weather, notams, charts, flight planning etc. US citizen and valid United States driver's license
TSA Background check - Required
Pre-employment drug screening - Required
Must be willing to work some nights, weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Applicant must be capable of working a flexible in-office schedule with an on-call requirement.
