Scope of Work:
Augment instructors as observer/controller subject matter experts during training, providing operational expertise that lets cadre focus on instruction. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Augment instructors as observer/controller SMEs. Observe, control, and assess student performance. Support in-role instruction and scenario adjustment. Operational experience relevant to the supported ARSOF course Instructor or observer/controller experience United States citizen or legally documented alien without adverse background information Able to read, write, speak, and understand English Pass E-Verify and the Government counterintelligence-focused security review; medically fit for field conditions
