Job Description
Role and Responsibilities 1. To organize and record logs of bus departures from bus que 2. Secure all lost and found items reported, and update returned lost and found. 3. Serve as the Lead under the supervisor leadership to maintain operations in the absence of management. 4. Report any incidents and/or accidents. 5. Document and update payroll sheets of all bus operator's arrival/departure. 6. Send maintenance reports on GSE equipment with service issues or out of service equipment. 7. Maintain time management of bus operations (lunch, fueling, training, and maintenance transport) to ensure on-time performance. 8. Communicate by hand radio or in person with operators and/or supervisors. 9. Able to work in outside seasonal conditions. 10. Ability to create and send reports. Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma/GED 1-2 years in a customer service or dispatcher position. Preferred Skills Call Center or Dispatch experience Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service Bilingual Preferred
