Job Description Flexjet is seeking an International Flight Planner to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating international flights, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate international flights for Flexjet's fleet. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards. Communicate with flight crews and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Prepare flight plans and obtain necessary permits. Monitor weather conditions and air traffic for flight safety. Provide support to flight crews during pre-flight and in-flight operations. Maintain accurate records of flight plans and operations. Assist in the development of operational procedures and policies. Participate in training and development programs as required. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of international flight operations and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in flight planning software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
