Full-Time Employment:

Consistent 45-72 hours per week.

Overtime Pay:

All hours worked over 40 per week and on weekends are paid at overtime rates.

Steady year-round work with growing demand for our services. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and other safety equipment. Use stop/slow paddles to manage traffic flow and perform lane closures. Communicate effectively with your team and our customers to ensure safety on-site. Report on time daily and maintain a strong attendance record. What We're Looking For Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Valid Driver's License with fewer than 6 points. Ability to stand for long periods and work in high-traffic environments. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong multitasking skills and heightened awareness of surroundings.
