Job Summary:
Toc is responsible for generating, printing, organizing, and distributing driver manifests to support daily transportation operations. This role ensures that all drivers receive accurate and timely documentation needed to complete routes efficiently. The coordinator works closely with dispatch, operations, and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow and minimize delays.
Position Details:
Shift:
5:00pm - 12:30am
Pay:
$20.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and print daily driver manifests based on dispatch schedules and route assignments Verify accuracy of route details, delivery stops, customer information, and special instructions Organize and distribute manifests to drivers in a timely manner before route departure Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to update manifests for last-minute changes Maintain records of printed manifests and ensure proper filing (physical or digital) Troubleshoot issues Communicate with drivers and supervisors regarding missing or unclear information Assist with basic administrative tasks related to TOC Signing in and out handheld devices.
Qualifications:
