For over 35 years , Flight Solutions has been a trusted leader in private aviation, providing aircraft management, aircraft sales and acquisitions, charter brokerage, maintenance oversight, and FBO services. We are seeking a motivated aviation professional to join our team at Music City Executive Airport (KXNX) in Gallatin, Tennessee . What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays Flexible work schedule when operational needs allow Stable, long-term career with an established aviation company Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A friendly, team-oriented work environment where every day is different Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to aircraft owners, passengers, pilots, and vendors Answer incoming calls and assist clients with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule and dispatch aircraft and flight crews Coordinate fuel, hangar, maintenance, ground transportation, catering, hotels, rental cars, and other trip logistics Manage all aspects of charter brokerage flights Prepare and distribute crew trip sheets, flight itineraries, and operational documents Utilize Airplane Manager and other aviation software Maintain knowledge of all Flight Solutions services Work closely with pilots, maintenance personnel, and customers to ensure seamless operations Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Perform general office and administrative duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of aviation customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or operations experience Working knowledge of Part 91 operations (Part 135 experience is a plus) Experience with Airplane Manager or similar aviation scheduling software Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset Proficient with Microsoft Office applications High school diploma or GED required (college education preferred) Valid driver's license Schedule Monday through Friday office environment Typical office hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Flexible scheduling available when operational needs allow Rotating on-call schedule shared among team members Minimal weekend work outside of scheduled on-call responsibilities This is a position that offers both stability and the flexibility that makes aviation an exciting career Position Details This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position with excellent benefits.
