2277 Foxglove Dr, Fayetteville, AR, 72704 Crain Kia of Fayetteville is looking to add to our Detail Team as we continue to grow. This is not just a wash job—this role is responsible for the final presentation of every vehicle before it reaches our customers. What You'll Do Wash, clean, and detail all incoming, sold, and serviced vehicles Ensure every vehicle meets front-line ready standards before delivery Identify and report cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, windshield damage, etc.) Maintain organization and cleanliness of the detail area and lot Work directly with sales and service to prioritize vehicles based on urgency Support inventory flow to keep vehicles ready for display and delivery What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss Ability to move with urgency and consistency Takes ownership — doesn't walk past a problem Team-first mindset with the ability to take direction and execute Valid driver's license Prior detailing experience is a plus, but not required What Sets This Role Apart Clear expectations and accountability — we inspect what we expect Opportunity to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment You play a direct role in the customer experience and final delivery Apply for this Position Apply with Indeed
