Monday-Saturday | 8am-5pm | 40-hour workweek
Pay:
$17/hour About the Role Chapman Automotive Group is a family-owned dealership organization that has delivered exceptional service and a customer-first experience since 1966. As one of the leading automotive retailers in Arizona and Nevada, we take pride in our strong team culture and commitment to excellence. Our Freeway Chevrolet location in Chandler is hiring a Lot Attendant. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance of new and used car lots, ensuring vehicle displays align with dealership standards. Responsibilities Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots according to dealership standards Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for demonstrations and test drives Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed Create key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles Manage the vehicle key storage system and ensure all keys are properly accounted for Move vehicles throughout the dealership and between sales and service areas as needed Maintain a clean, professional lot appearance to create a positive customer experience Qualifications Previous lot attendant experience is preferred Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors for most of the day Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
