Job Description

Position:
Parking Lot Attendant Job Summary:
The Parking Attendant will play a vital role in creating a First-Class Guest Experience for all guests. This position helps ensure the smooth and efficient flow of traffic into and out of designated parking areas around State Farm Stadium. This role involves providing friendly, helpful service, offering direction, and ensuring safe and organized lot operations. This Position will be outdoors working in all weather conditions.
What you will be doing:
Quickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted poles in and out of parking locations. Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or obtaining answers to any guest inquiries. The Parking Ambassador will assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment in their lot, which may include barricades, signs, cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic management program. Monitor parking lot activity and escalate any concerns to parking leads if necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (Unless currently enrolled) Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environment or another similar industry experience What we are looking for: Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to ten (10) hours in length Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise Welcoming and enthusiastic energy when interacting with guests and teammates Ability to remain calm and helpful in challenging situations.
