Job Description
The Valet works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing limited assistance to residents and other clinical team members. The Valet provides assistance in a concierge-style function in preparing bedding and room set up, answering call lights and relaying the need to a certified/licensed team member, assisting in delivering nourishment carts, pushing and placing wheelchairs and other similar tasks. > Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
