Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. Greet guests warmly and assist with arrival and departure needs. Maintain an organized and safe valet drive and vehicle staging area. Issue valet claim tickets and explain the retrieval process. Assist guests with directions to hospital departments and entrances. Support patients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and courtesy. Manage vehicle flow to help maintain smooth operations. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Follow all client, safety, and company procedures when operating vehicles. Represent LAZ Parking with professionalism and hospitality at all times. Qualifications Required Valid Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience. Current Flu Vaccination. Minimum 1 year of valet experience. Ability to safely operate automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. You Are Friendly, energetic, and passionate about helping others. Professional and dependable in every interaction. Comfortable working in a healthcare setting and assisting patients and visitors. Calm under pressure and able to manage busy periods effectively. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift.
