Description:
Summary Camarillo Springs Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course located in Camarillo, CA, with a property on the rise! We are seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team and prepare drinks and serve snacks on the course! The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing food and beverages to players on the course, in addition to various requests from the Clubhouse that golfers may need during their round. The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for the cart functions and ensures that all service standards and departmental policies are followed, and report any conflicts to the General Manager.
Essential functions:
Review the tee sheet at the start of every shift to understand the flow of tee times. Responsible for making sure the beverage cart is visually appealing and presenting the menu offerings available on-course. Responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, beverage carts, and storage areas. Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment and to report any defects to the General Manager. Responsible for consistently providing service standards and operating procedures in the beverage cart service at the Club. Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met. Execute unique and creative ideas to enhance on-course experience. Should be able to work under pressure and work in long or break shifts. Provide feedback on scheduling with guidance of the tee sheet. Loads inventory into the cart that is par to start the day Ensures that the correct method of payment is collected from all guests. Requisition inventory in/out to staff at the beginning and end of shifts. Examine beverage carts daily for wear and tear and hold staff accountable for damage and cleanliness. Speak with others using clear and professional language, using appropriate etiquette. Attend staff meetings when assigned. Performs and completes additional responsibilities or duties as expressed by the General Manager.
Requirements:
Requirements Must be 21 years of age when applying for this job Minimum 2 years of previous related work experience preferred Must possess a food Sanitation certificate Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
