L0547 Elk Grove Ford Elk Grove Ford Service Porter Elk Grove Ford is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Service Porter to join our growing Service Department team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner. Move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles safely. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer areas, and parking lots. Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed. Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation and other support tasks. Monitor dealership grounds and ensure vehicles are properly arranged and secured. Shuttle customers when needed and assist with general dealership operations. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. What You'll Bring Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and team oriented. Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the workday.
