Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicles in outdoor parking areas. Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, ensuring proper handling and security of each vehicle. Assist guests with their luggage or belongings when necessary, demonstrating helpfulness and attentiveness. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately for parking fees, including handling cash, making change, and managing receipts. Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate vehicle flow and address guest needs promptly. Conduct routine inspections of parking areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper signage visibility. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred; a friendly demeanor is essential. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting when moving or assisting with vehicles or luggage. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism. Bilingual abilities are advantageous to serve diverse guest populations. Basic cashiering skills including processing cash and credit card transactions accurately and retail math proficiency.
