Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to support the daily operations of a busy dealership service department. This role plays an important part in creating a positive experience for customers by helping to keep service lanes, parking areas, and vehicle flow organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Move vehicles safely and efficiently within the dealership premises, including service lanes, parking areas, and wash areas. Greet customers and help direct them to the appropriate service team member. Maintain organization of the service drive and parking areas to support smooth operations. Assist with vehicle staging, retrieval, and delivery as needed. Keep the service area clean, orderly, and presentable at all times. Support advisors and technicians with basic operational tasks when needed. Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and vehicle handling guidelines. Provide courteous, professional service to customers and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods as needed. Preferred Traits Professional appearance and demeanor.
