Job Description

OBJECTIVE
Responsible for keeping assigned grounds and outside areas clear and free of debris; presenting a clean and safe environment.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Many of the job responsibilities will be conducted in exterior areas of the operation. Activities will be carried out in year-round weather conditions. Work will be conducted on stage and backstage environments, including smoking areas. Work hours will fluctuate depending on projects, daily tasks and emergency situations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Always be Barona NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave and greeting. 2. Performs general manual tasks including cleaning and pick up trash 3. Operates machines for cleaning outside areas 4. Disposes of materials properly 5. Cleans and maintains tools and equipment 6. Uses a variety of tools and equipment as directed 7. Assists other members of the Facilities Department as required 8. Understands and complies with Facilities Department and Casino policies and procedures 9. Must possess an overwhelming desire and ability to make everyone around them feel special by smiling, waving, and greeting at every opportunity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to communicate with lead Ability to follow directions Knowledge of commonly used tools practices, equipment and procedures within a given field Friendly and courteous personality Able to work under general supervision Ability to act and work independently; to be a team player and work well with all departments. Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Valid California Driver's license with a good driving record.
