system Provide personalized guest services, including answering questions, offering recommendations, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction Maintain a high level of communication with team members to coordinate table arrangements, reservations, and special requests Uphold venue standards by ensuring guest safety, managing crowd flow, and adhering to alcohol service regulations Handle phone inquiries professionally, assisting with reservations or event inquiries with clear and friendly communication Foster positive guest relations by creating a lively yet respectful atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and memorable experiences Skills Previous host/hostess experience in nightlife, hospitality. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and effectively Experience with restaurant POS systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Knowledge of hospitality standards related to serving alcohol responsibly and maintaining guest safety Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
