Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Porter to join our team at a busy dealership. The Lot Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are well-presented and accessible for customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring all vehicles are presentable. Move vehicles as needed for customer test drives, deliveries, or service appointments. Assist customers by providing information about vehicle features and availability. Ensure proper parking of vehicles, including familiarity with manual transmission operations. Collaborate with sales and service teams to facilitate smooth operations within the dealership. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Support dealership events by preparing vehicles and maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Experience Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. Experience in valet parking or hospitality roles is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers alike.
